jeetje wat gaat de tijd snel…het kleine spul is alweer 4 weken oud/jong!!

en wat een ontwikkeling de laatste paar dagen…zelfgaan eten, de kattenbak gebruiken, uit de ren klimmen, op schoot klimmen, mama pesten, broertjes en zusjes pesten, hond pesten door in zijn mand te klimmen

echt geweldig om mee te maken…het zijn al echte donderstralen aan het worden.

what a beautiful 2,5 weeks….on the night of 29th at 30th december Romy gave birth to 6 beautifull baby’s….unfortunaly 2 kittens didn’t make it and were born death…but the other 4….what a beauties…

they are now 2,5 weeks old and what a developing the last week…the eyes are open, they begin to sit up, walk, play and you can see that they are taking the world in….so beautifull…

I have neglected the weblog the last few weeks because I didn’t want to miss a thing…but I hope to make at least a weakly udate…

Romy is now almost at the end of her pregnancy…another 1,5 weeks and we have our little dream of norway kittens I hope…

in the meanwhile she has growned a lot..3.1 kilo already now..

for a comperison..the first picture she is just 4 weeks pregnant and the 2nd picture is from last weekend…

Friday 18th of december our christmas present was ready to move in with us…now a few days later she has devoleped already as a really busy NFO together with Bailey they make a lot of fun  hihi

Sunday 13-12-2009 we went to a show in Groningen with Julius, Lily and Bailey…we hoped that Julius finally got his third and last CAC….Lily was going for her 2nd CAGCIB en Baily for the first time in the junior class…

It was a pretty long drive for us..2 hours…but the cats didn’t mind, my husband chris was driving and I was sleeping

The show went for us very well..it started on time and the cats were sleeping in the cages…

Julius was first and he got his last CAC and we may now call him Champion

Baily was second and she got a very beautifull showreport but got an 2x 2 against a female who was 3 months older so no hard feelings

Lily got her second CAGCIB and won against all odds the BIV Total…

This was our last show for the next two months…I think we go to the FIFE show in Zwolle (then there is also a NFO special) but it all depends on when Romy give birth to her babies and how everthing is going…

Romy is still growing and she must still 2 weeks..we are very curious how the babies looks and witch genders and colours they have, but the most important is that they are healthy

From this day on there will be (hopefully) an update every week..we have some big news!!!

Julius is still under the influence of his suprelorin implantat…so as Romy came in heat we decided to go to our "back-up"male…we have been looking for a mate because we didn’t really knew if Julius was ready for it and Romy was in heat every three weeks so it was for her time to became a mother…so if Julius didn’t do it…

her mate is Mister Mistoffelees av Sira…he lives at cattery Deyley…he is a very beautifull male.

now a few weeks later we know it for sure…ROMY IS PREGNANT!!! probaly she will deliver her baby’s around new years eve….it will be a very exciting time for us and for Romy…she grows very good, and has already a very big belly we are curious how many kittens she carries with her but at the look of her belly

We will keep you up to date how everthing goes with my girl….it is our first litter, and also from our first norwegian…that makes it very special…

for now….we are already dreaming about the little devils who will be in our house in a couple of weeks

It has been a while since I have written on our weblog. in the mainwhile much has happened.

at the agility competition on 26-09-2009 Remy and I became FIRST place!!! We were very suprised that we became first and we are very proud of Remy

at the cat show in Belgium (erps-kwerps) on 27th september Julius got ex 2, Bailey ex 1, Lily first CAGCIB and Romy third CAGCIB and NOM.

at the (non-fife) show in Spijkenisse 04-10-2009 Bailey got ex 1 and Julius CAC, BIV, NOM.

on 6 october Julius, Romy and Lily got there FIV and Felv test and all three are Negative the results of the bloodtype and GSD IV follows. Blood is at the labratory.

since the test Romy has became in heat, it seems like Julius is still under the influence of the suprelorin implantat he got in Januari but it can also be that they have mated out of sight. Chris has spotted him once on Romy so we have to wait and see if she is pregnant or not. If she is not pregnant and became in heat again Romy will go to another beautifull male…but we must wait till we can be certain if she is pregnant or not.

Lily at the other hand won’t come in heat. she has been for 2 months of the birthcontrol (just as Romy) but she has decided that winter is not a good time to come in heat so we must also wait for her when she decided the time is right

it will be an exciting time for us the coming weeks

This weekend we had a show in Schiedam. As we are a member of Felikat and this was there 75th anniversary we went both days. For our youngster Bailey is was her first show so we were curious how she would like the shows. For our female Lily we hoped she would get het last CACIB.

On saterday it was a little bit quiet, but the cats did it very well. on this day Julius got his second CAC, Lily got her last CACIB and became Int Champion , Romy got ex2 and our youngster Bailey got her ex2. All four of them got a super report and we were very proud of them! Bailey liked all the attention very much, and enjoyed herself with the judge.

On sunday it was busy for us, as all four cats were almost at the same time expected at the judge table. We managed it, and all of them did very well. Julius got ex2, Lily ex1 but no certificate (the judge found that she must develop more for her CAGCIB), Romy got her second CAGCIB and our youngster Bailey was the suprise of the day! she got ex 1 (against a 5 month old lady), BIV totall and got her NOMINATION (against 1 NFO male and 2 MCO Females all 5 moths old!!).

at the BIS the compition was high. we didn’t matter that she didn’t got her BIS but for a just 3 months old female on her second show she did very well and we are very pleased with all the results the ladies and male got this weekend.

our next show will be on september 27th in erps brussel (BE). We take with us IC Romy van de Arlienda-hoeve, IC Nordic Mystery’s Dazzling Lily, van de Damychris Julius Ceasar and our youngster Deyley’s Baileys Shake.

This will be the last show for this season for Romy and Lily because we hope that they will became in heat and will be mated with Julius.

Yesterday Remy and I had an exam for SHH (sociale house dog)………I was very nervous if we would pase the test…..We had earlier two test exams and everything went wrong….

Yesterday Remy en I put our heads together and I asked him if he (please) wants to do it for one time

after a long afternoon we finally heard the decision…… WE PASSED!!!

There were 16 combinations who went for the test and 12 have passed the test.

I am very proud of mij dog Remy and now we can join compititions with agility, flyball and we are starting G&G Beginners (obedience)
